Date: Sunday, 9 November 2014
Time: 7.30am (As the ceremony will start promptly, we advise that the public arrive and be seated by 7.00 am.)
Venue: Kranji War Cemetery, 9 Woodlands Road, Singapore 738656
Sandbag members will as usual be invited to take a prominent position and those attending are requested to arrive by 07:00 to take our places.
About Remembrance Sunday
On this day, we pay tribute to those who made the supreme sacrifice so that the generations that followed could live in peace. In the UK, Remembrance Sunday is held on the Sunday nearest to 11 November (Remembrance Day). This anniversary marks the end of World War I on 11 November 1918.
The 30-minute ceremony will be attended by the diplomatic corps, military, representatives of the main religious groups and members of the public.
Admission: Free. All are welcome.
Attire: Smart but casual.
Media and Photography:

- Members of the public are welcome to take photos but are asked to kindly observe the solemnity of the ceremony.
In case of bad weather:

- Please bring along an umbrella.
