STARTER
(1) Salmon gravadlax and pomegranate salad with green apple shavings and walnut,

(2) Butternut pumpkin soup with créme fraiche and crispy sage (v).
MAINS
(3) Honey glazed roast turkey breast with all the trimmings –fricasée of bacon, brussel sprouts, carrots, potatoes,
or
(4) Grilled australian strip loin with fine beans, fries and black pepper sauce,
or
(5) Smoked roast pork loin with apple celeriac slaw and roasted potatoes.
DESSERT
(6) The exchange flourless chocolate cake with edible chocolate soil and raspberry ice cream,

(7) Mini pavlovas with lemon curd , vanilla cream and fresh berries.
